Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests to GCash are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. fb099 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

fb099 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
